How to Register

The first step in the registration process is to tour our facility. We want to be sure we can give you a complete and detailed tour. Please call our center to schedule a tour. You will save time by completing the Waiting List Form before coming for your tour.

Waiting List and Registration Fees

There is a combined Waiting List and Registration List Fee of $100.00 per child. The first $50.00 is paid when your child is place on the Waiting List. The second $50.00 is paid at registration. If your child is immediately placed in care without being on the Waiting List, the full $100.00 is due at registration.

 

 Infants / Toddlers

 

Infants

We have two infant rooms (The Hive and Boho Babies), each with a total capacity of six infants. Our full time rate for infants is $325 per week. There is no part-time provision for infant care. This fee does not include formula, baby food products, or diapering supplies. We will provide whole milk and table food when you and your physician decide it is time to advance.

Toddlers

The toddler classroom (Nature’s Way) has a capacity of nine children. Our full time rate for toddlers is $325 per week, which includes all meals and snacks. We serve breakfast, lunch, and one snack. All of our toddlers drink whole milk. We do not offer part-time arrangements for this group.

 

 Preschool

 

Two- to Three-year-olds

We have two (Jungle Safari Friends and World Travelers) classrooms of children that are two, turning three. Each room has a capacity of twelve children. Our full time rate is $300 per week, which includes breakfast, lunch, and one snack. If you need part-time care, we have two or three day arrangements as follows:

  • Tuesday and Thursday - $170 per week.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - $220 per week.

If you need alternate part time arrangements, we may be able to accommodate you, if another family can take your “off” days.

Three- to Four-year-olds

We have one classroom (Playful Puppies) of twenty children that are three years of age, turning four. Our full time rate is $275, which includes breakfast, lunch, and one snack. Part time arrangements are available as follows:

  • Tuesday and Thursday - $150 per week.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - $200 per week.

If you need alternate part time arrangements, we may be able to accommodate you, if another family can take your “off” days.

Four- to Five-year-olds

We have one classroom (Our Gang) of twenty children that are four years of age, turning five. Our full time rate is $275 per week, which includes breakfast, lunch, and one snack. We do not offer part-time arrangements for this group.

 

 Before/After School

 

Before and After School Care

The current rate for before and after school care is $200.00/week. The rate for before or after school care is $150 per week.

Full Day Care for Closures

We provide full day care on days when schools are closed.

  • For children enrolled in before and after care- $50.00 per in addition to the regular tuition of $200.00 per week.

  • For children enrolled in before or after care - $55.00 per day in addition to the regular tuition of $150.00 per week.

  • For children enrolled for drop-in care only - $70.00 per day, not to exceed the 5 full day rate of $265.00.

 

 School Age Summer Program

 

School Age Summer Program

Our School Age Summer Program usually runs for 10-11 weeks. The weekly rate is $300.00/week, which includes breakfast, lunch, one snack, and weekly field trips and activities. We plan 2 to 3 special field trips or activities each week. Please see or Programs page here for more details of our special activities and field trips.

 
 

Drop-in Care

Families may enroll for drop-in care only. We have limited spaces for drop-in care. For drop-in care, you must call in advance of care to see if space is available. You may not be admitted for drop-in care if you do not call in advance. If you wish to enroll for drop-in care, please complete the enrollment forms on our Forms page here. The fees for drop-in care are as follows:

  • Two- to three-year-olds - $80.00 per full day

  • Three- to four-year-olds - $75.00 per full day

  • School Age - $70.00 per full day
