Where love and learning go hand in hand…
The Old Testament tells us:
“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it” (Proverbs 22:6, NIV).
Jesus told His disciples,
“For I have given you an example that you also should do just as I have done for you” (John 13:15, HCSB).
Jesus also directed His disciples,
“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20, ESV).
"Let the little children come to Me, and don't stop them, because the kingdom of God belongs to such as these” (Luke 18:16, HCSB).
In response to Jesus' words, Middle River Baptist Church has chosen to serve children and families in our community by providing an environment of quality loving care and guidance for children where they can experience healthy growth mentally, socially, physically, and spiritually. It is our firm conviction that by serving children in Jesus' name, we will contribute to their growth into oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) and teach them to be faithful to Jesus' command to love others as Jesus loves us (John 13:34).
Our desire is for children and families to experience the love of Jesus.

CURRICULUM
Our Curriculum is based on research that indicates the first five years of a child’s life are the most crucial - when the child develops the basic knowledge necessary for him/her to become a successful learner.
